At Bazaar G Rugs N Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your rug or gift item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials, ensuring rugs are rolled tightly and gifts are securely padded.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
